If you have finally decided to commission, please prepare visual references and a brief descriptive detail of your request then fill up this commission form below :

Your request will be reviewed. (1-2 weeks)

I will notify you via email if your commission request is accepted.

For payments, I will be issuing an invoice which will be sent to the email you have provided. You can pay it partially or in full.

I will start working on the commission once I've received the payment.

There will be two (2) updates during the sketch phase with revisions on each update.

After the sketch is approved, please complete the full payment before proceeding with the rest of the commission progress.

I will update again when the commission is nearing completion, minor revisions (color, size, small changes) will be allowed.

Once the commission work is completed, I will send you a notification via email and will be posting the artwork on my sites.

Full high resolution (300 dpi) artwork with my name/signature somewhere on the canvas ^{(jpeg/ png format)}

Payments will be upfront, paid in partial or full. I will issue an invoice for it.

I do not accept refunds once I started on the work though under unpredictable circumstances where I am unable to work due to any possible health issue, I will only then do a refund based on how much I had already worked on prior to the incident.

Detailed background, prices will depend on the complexity of request.

The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit.

The client agrees to credit me as the artist of the commissioned artwork. You may tag me when you post your commissions through social media.

As the artist of the commissioned artwork, I retain the copyright to it. I can use the commission for my portfolio/promotional materials

I reserve the right to decline your commission request, which may be due to the volume of requests at the time of submission or because the request is not something I would typically undertake.

The artwork will be drawn in my style. Do not request me to imitate or draw in a different style.

The client does not have the right to use the artwork in any AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space).
